Not professional advice

OwnerLaunch is not a law firm, CPA, tax advisor, registered agent, or government agency, and does not provide legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying requirements with official sources and consulting licensed professionals.

Payments & refunds

Paid launch kits are billed as one-time purchases through Stripe. If you're not happy with your kit, contact support@ownerlaunch.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Refunded kits return to preview-only access.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use generated materials lawfully and at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnerLaunch is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated content.
